Kim was born and raised in Kent County, Delaware. She has been in the customer service industry for over thirty years, the insurance industry for nine years and with our State Farm office since 2022. She is a dedicated customer service professional with a passion for helping people and strives to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside and going to local community events.

Leah grew up on Kent Island, MD, and spent most of her adult life in Annapolis. She has nearly 15 years of customer service experience alongside an additional 7 years of business experience. Leah transplanted to Salisbury in November 2023 and immediately began working for Gregory Reddell State Farm in a customer relations role. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog, live music, and cycling with her partner.

I am a licensed team member since April of 2023. I have been in the insurance industry for 10 years. I have a degree in Business Management. I am licensed in property & casualty and also life.
