"I had Geico for 10+ years and they’ve raised my rate the last 3 times that my policy renewed. I requested quotes from several different companies but State Farm had the BEST rate. I worked with Dan who answer ALL of my 100 questions (lol) and was able to get the same coverage for auto and renters insurance for a lower rate than Geico! Thank you so much Dan, I really appreciate your help! Also, thank you Kim for being so fast with the follow up of my certificate!"

"If you live anywhere near Harrington, DE - I HIGHLY recommend you run into their newly opened State Farm office. As a family, we needed better/more affordable options with the rising costs of insurance premiums; multiple vehicles, a home, etc to consider - and they have been nothing short of AWESOME to work with. Dan Hallon has been phenomenal in answering/addressing my MANY questions and concerns - and if he didn't know the answer, Kim DiSalvo and Greg Reddell were happy to help. I have not received this kind of customer service...ever? I loved being able to witness how they worked together as a TEAM. I feel GREAT about our choice to switch to State Farm for all of our insurance needs - not only are they providing my family and me with better costs, but also better coverage, and again - amazing customer service that you can't find anywhere else. Ready, set, GO!"

"Visited this location twice in 1 day in an attempt to turn in some paperwork. Both times we waited over 10 minutes to see if someone would come out of the back office but nobody did. It was during their open hours which means either the staff left the office unattended and unlocked or ignored our attempts to get their attention. Either way it’s a pretty stupid move for a business."
